Refund policy

All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

We will accept exchanges for orders of the wrong (style, size or color). We will allow a return for an exchange as long as the item is unused/unworn with labels, tags and original packaging within 14 days. PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO RETURN ANY PRODUCTS.

Items purchased through promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns. 

NO RETURNS on undergarment items. Example (Socks, pajamas, body shapers, panties, bras, etc.) These items are FINAL SALE
